Platform demo on storetempo.com
Walk Acme Markets on our host. Prove map, list, and Concierge before you commit a store.
Start on our demo, launch a chain on one VPS, or isolate stores later — Concierge, Stripe holds, and POS sync turn on when ready.
Nothing forces a rip-and-replace. Start narrow; turn modules on when the store is ready.

One server, shared system, store subdomains. Each door keeps branding; HQ gets one place to run the chain.
Optional separate account/database per store when a location needs harder separation.
Guided Shopping: customer walks with a Personal Shopping Guide. Personal Concierge: associate shops after pay. Same map under both.
Authorize at checkout → pick queue → capture when ready. Protects payroll from no-shows and bad cards.
Pilot with a morning catalog/availability CSV. Live POS API later. Settled sale can push to their POS for true decrement.
Pay-at-store is lab/training only — live Concierge uses real card auth-hold.
Short, friendly answers — we are glad you asked.
Not at all — and that is by design. Your register stays the system of record for ringing and stock. StoreTempo handles browse, lists, maps, pay, and pick, then can send a settled sale to your POS after capture so inventory stays in sync. You keep what already works.
Wonderful — keep it. Many stores simply add a Shop or Pickup button that opens their branded StoreTempo storefront (your logo, colors, hours, and flyer). Shoppers still feel like they are shopping with you.
Great question for a calm pilot. We start with a morning catalog or CSV so the shelf picture matches opening on-hand. When a sale settles, it can update your POS. During pick, your Concierge can mark items unavailable and offer a substitute — so shoppers stay informed and your team stays in control.
Only after the shopper’s card hold succeeds — so your team spends time on real, paid orders. When the bag is ready, you capture the payment. That protects payroll and keeps the experience fair for everyone.
When you are ready to plan a launch — still optional after you try the demo.
